Can I cancel my order?
In case you are not happy with your purchase and want to cancel your order after the confirmation, please write to us at sales@velvyn.com. We will process your cancellation and refund the amount within the next five business days.
How long does it take to deliver my Velvyn products?
If your purchase has receiving destination of USA mainland: it takes around 2 to 3 working days to deliver your goods at the doorstep.in case of overseas delivery: it will take 5 to 7 working days. Please note that our shipment company does not deliver during the weekend.
If I try them on and they don’t fit me, can I return them?
